Kundalini Magic!
Belsize Park, London
7.30-10pm
In December we will be focusing on balancing the soul body by activating the Kundalini and opening the heart through Kundalini yoga, deep meditation, chanting, dance and sharing.
We start promptly at 7.30 and finish at 10pm, with time afterwards for tea, snacks and chats.
Our space is warm, cosy and welcoming, in an easy-to-find central location, minutes' walk from Belsize Park tube and with free on-street parking.
Every Body is welcome, whether you are a total newcomer to yoga or an experienced pro.
Yoga mats are provided, just bring water and wear comfy clothes for stretching and moving.
Pre-registration is essential, so please contact me to reserve your space.
You are asked to make a donation for the evening according to your means, within a suggested range of £15-25.
